Yes, guys, Posterous is pronounced like “preposterous.” (I confirmed with Garry Tan, the blogging service’s cofounder.) I agree that’s preposterous. The name should be pronounced like “to post.”

And, yes, Skyping in Garry and my other guest, Leo Laporte, was a “high-wire act.” I was sweating this before my conference timeslot, believe me. I pushed the tech envelope, for sure, and I was relieved it all worked out.
